Vibration, engine ticking and rattling.

When my car is at idle it vibrates that I can feel it in the steering wheel. Then over 2500 RPM when im on the highway it starts to vibrate a lot.

When I start the car I hear a ticking and a rattling almost like metal clanking together. I made a video and you have to listen carefully for the clanking, some reason the microphone didn't pick it up that well but it's much louder in real life.

Is this due to a misfire? Any ideas on what could be the problem?

Sounds kinda like a loose accessory slapping around, like our alternator or fan.

I changed the spark plugs and it's a lot better but still vibrates. I hope it gets better when I replace the cap, rotor, and coil. I recorded another video with better audio of the clanking. Could it be a loose pulley? After the car warms up after a while or I drive it the clanking noise dissipates or goes away.
