Update for everyone helping, I have almost no fuel pressure I’m getting flow but the lines aren’t pressurized, I’m doing a smoke test on Wednesday and then going from there hopefully after the smoke test I can fix whatever leak there is and get this thing running thank you all

Check your reference sensor. There are two sensors on the driver-side transmission bell housing, one engine speed and one reference. These sensors control ignition timing. The DME needs a reference signal in order to keep the engine running after cranking. The engine should run with a working reference sensor and faulty speed sensor, albeit it will misfire
True, some people install aftermarket flywheels that does not have raised pin for reference sensor

The 13 button main harness simply plugs into an existing connector on the stock harness. Simply trace along the harness and find the two ends that will plug together on the main wiring harness (as if you were removing the 13 button system altogether). Plug the two together and you have eliminated the 13 button "relay" for diagnostic purposes. I can take a pic or two if you need the help. Good luck! It sounds like you are closing in on it with the fuel pressure issue.
