    yes you can clean and replace those parts yourself but you need a system to flow test them and this is best done dynamically. More to the point rebuilt injectors are injectors that have been simply serviced so its very misleading. Sometimes servicing them is ok if the history (and life) of the injector is known / reasonable and the fuel system has been well maintained. Sometimes you actually need to/should replace them.
