Questions about m20b25 stroker build + turbo

Hello. I am new here and want to know more about this motor. I am new in e30 world and maybe are here some people who know more about this.

I have a e30 320i wit m20b20 which I want to boost it. I found a M20B25 engine which I want to rebuild it but I dont know what to do.

    1. Rebuild stock M20B25 with new bearings, head gasket and ARP Studs

    2.Rebuild M20B25 and make it 2.7

    3.Rebuid M20B25 and make it 2.8

Which one is better to boost and hold power ? I want it for daily use and I think maximum 1bar of boost is enough, Maybe 350hp or something like that.

If is someone here who can give me some advices and which one is better to boost will be perfect.

And also if is possible to give me some parts list for stroker and maybe for turbo conversion (what turbo to use etc)

    Thank you in advance!

since you're going boosted and want to rebuild, then a stock engine (if it needs rebuilding) is easiest if you're new to this so you don't need to mess around with machining a bunch off the deck or cranks etc etc

    stroker options

    - 2.7 using eta crank, m20b25 pistons, eta / m20b20 130 mm rods and a couple mm off the deck works (may need to trim pistons skirts depending which pistons you have as there are multiple versions

-2.8 m52b28 crank m20b25 piston, eta / m20b20 130 mm rods and about 0.5 mm off the block works. depending on crank (a couple different sversion) you may need to machine counterweights to clear pistons and you also need crank sleeve for oil seal
