So I pulled an i harness off a car today and where the harness broke off for the injectors it went straight into the six injector plugs and the two sensors for the thermostat. Not the round connector style. Problem is that the intake manifold I found has a different style fuel rail.
On the manifold it is the style with the round plastic connector and another wire coming off that was cut. Looks like it was from an 88...I believe the harness I pulled was from an 87. Can someone shed some light on this noob dilemma? Should it be a problem to use the i wiring harness I have with whatever injectors I choose?
What are the blue top injectors that came with my manifold ('88 I think)? 19lbs? thanks.
