I just bought a 1990 e30 325ix 2door:D with a rough trani:(.$200
Now my problem.I've always wanted to put a 325i engine into my 1981 e21 320i.With some minor changes?can I use this particular engine to do it?
and yes I am mechanicaly inclined.I fix my own stuff:up:.

yes it can be done, but the iX (awd) block/oil pan wil make that harder, probably a lot harder

find a regular i/is engine, they can be had for cheap
