    The radio working, but the windows not working and failure to crank over the engine sound like either a nearly dead battery or a problem with the primary power distribution. A voltmeter check across the battery will quickly tell if it is the culprit. A fully charged battery will read 12.7v. Below 12.2v (50% charge) you may not be able to start the car.
    The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

      Voltmeter shows the battery is good. How would I test the primary power distribution?

        Using an extension wire look for a voltage drop under load as you trace primary power leads forward. For the ground side do a resistance check back to the battery negative cable.
        The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
