    325I head swap

    1987 325E, 5 speed.

What kind of gains would i be looking at by swapping a rebuild 325I head to my motor?

you basically get "I" power with "eta" torque. It's not going to be a 200 crank beast or anything, but if you're starting with an eta you really don't have much to lose.

I couldn't be happier with it. Although I sometimes to miss that torque around 1500rpms but you can't beat that pull around 4500 all the way to redline either... With a clean harness, the install should go fairly straight forward. Took me a weekend to do.

^+1, but I really can't say that I miss any torque. With a loud exhaust it rips away nicely up top.
