Safe Rev Limits and Valve Float?

already have 4 different chips atm. have tunerpro just need a burner and ill be doing my own. was not asking about a chip asking about the physical engine speed.

just a quickie here.. whats the safe upper limit of RPM for standard type rockers? i have replaced all 12 about 7-8 months ago so none are old. would 7500rpm be a realistic goal? would 7500rpm be of any benefit with stock head/cam and merely intake/exhaust? (logic here is that with my 4.10 diff i cant hit 60 in 2nd so if i can up the limit to allow 60 in 2nd it will drop my times).

regarding valve float.. would i need to worry about that at 7500rpm or below?
