What size injectors?

What size injectors do you recommend for an n/a 2.7i just a stock rebuild with the i head and i top end. I'm planning on boosting it soon after i break the motor in but what size injectors do you recommend for na and or turbo?

19 for N/A 24 for turbo.

24# are small for an M20 turbo - 32# minimum for a turbo, preferrably 42-60# if you're going to do more than 8-10psi.

I would do 17# M50 injectors on an otherwise stockish M20 (2.7i counts as stockish in this case).

I'm working with Miller Performance on my M20 turbo project, they recommended 30#, I'll be running 12psi max.
