What size bolts to hold M20 on engine stand?

Just wanted to verifty that m12x1.5 is the correct bolt size.

The right ones for the m20 motor are m12x1.75 for those who stumble on this thread like I did. Bought the wrong ones at first (m12x1.5).

Some conflicting information as I just read m12X1.5 on another forum. I will verify by getting both sizes at the hardware store as I am about to put my m20 on an engine stand.

is M12x1.75 just checked. Realoem kinda tells you this when they just list M12 it means coarse when they give a pitch is fine
