they look like the ebay headers that sell for $150.. so unless you can verify they aren't copies, stay away. they aren't even really worth what they sell for new.

they've just discolored from being used. they're quite obviously the same thing. they are also missing the x pipe.

The echo in here that they are ebay headers is correct. Mine turned the exact same colors. And no, don't spend $300 on them.

I was referring to the weld quality not the heat discoloration. I would run it!

I did purchase them, actually a week ago just waiting on UPS. $100 + $75 shipping.
I am sure i could turn around and break even on craigs if i don't use them.
Happy news... i did get my 2.7 block in from MN., Prussian motors, $320.00 in all. Next is to send the 2.5 pistons over to bcrperformance to see if they can do the whole shaving thing. Just want to take some pics of the stock 2.5 and stock 2.7 pistons sitting at TDC on the 2.7 crank and 135mm rod.
Sorry, just been a little while since last post on this.

you said they don't look like the usual ebay header, but that's exactly what they are. and they aren't worth $300 even by the most generous quality standards.

So besides fitment what's so bad about eBay headers? Do the weld beeds restrict the flow or something? The have to be better than the stock manifold right? That discoloration is fuhraze lol. If you use gloves from the second you pick them up the discoloration won't be so bad.

I haven't received them yet to give a visual opinion, but i will be calling a local place to see about getting them ceramic coated; then no discoloration to worry about.

X 2 with Verdier's question. What's so bad about ebay headers?

If the fit is right (seals against head), the bends are smooth and there aren't any leaks, what else is there?
