    Also this.

I have reviewed the photos that the customer has sent us, and although the one currently provided by BMW looks slightly different than the one the customer has removed from his car, I do not see any significant quality discrepancies. I am the author of the book, "101 Projects for Your BMW 3-Series", so I feel that I am more than qualified to make this determination.

I wish I had the same super powers as him, obviously he can tell it has the same critical specs just by looking at it.

Funny thing is I only buy from Pelican and I've never had a problem with any of their stuff. I'm thinking they ordered the part from Germany but whoever actually put it in the box (in Germany, or wherever it actually came from) put the wrong one in there. His old one looks like it was in need of replacement, but the new one looks like a cheap piece of crap from Autozone.

Maybe the OP should go to Autozone and compare one of their rotors to the one from Pelican?

            That's weird looking.

So these guys claim it's 100% OEM part ordered from BMW?
Is Bosch the only company that make these rotors for BMW?
