I still have a hard time with the super eta piston strokers. They still produce a low 8.8:1 CR.

But ig you are on a budget, they will save you some money.

My 9.5:1 85mm JE's were ordered awhile ago, should come in soon.
How much did those pistons cost?

And, how would I go about getting an offset cam gear pin?

I always thought Super Eta strokers were the way to go? lol

Strokers made with super eta pistons are the way to go on a budget

Metric Mechanics sell the cam offset pin.

      My JE's were $910 shipped

Ouch! lol Those are definately out of my range.

I've been researching tons of threads here on R3V, and many say to just shave the head a little bit. To deck the block, I need to take the block itself to a machine shop, don't I?

I took a look at Metric Mechanic - http://www.metricmechanic.com/prengprt.html - Are the adjustable cam sprockets what you're speaking of?

I'm not sure if I'm high-jacking this thread or not - but it's still related right?? :|

Of course they are out of your price range ;)

You don't need an adjustable cam gear. Just a offset cam gear pin. The pin locates the cam gear to a fixed spot on the cam end. Their website sucks, just call them.

Edit: I think what you want is the "dowel pin, offset" not sure tho.

Yea, lol, that's what I've noticed too.

            Thanks for the help, Jordan.
