WTF is wrong with my engine !

Ok I have a m20b27 85 235 e I just recently blew a fuse and I figured out it was a light that was the wrong voltage or something ( might have something to do withthe problem) But the issue withthe engine is between 2 and 3 rpms the engine seems to choke out. It would putter but when I floor it it would get up and go puting out more power than I have seen buring out. Then I switch gears to second then it does everything all over again. I once had a problem with the o2 sensor and replaced it with a junk yard find. It is also idling at 500 rpm and you can hear a weird inconsistancy in the engine. I haven't changed The plugs since I got the car. I think I mght have a vacume leak. If you might have any idea let me know and don't hate on any miss spelled words I am typing this on a iPhone.

Start here = fuel filter, spark plugs (Bosch Super), Change your rotor cap, clean your ICV and get back to us.

Well I could if it wasn't dark out , raining, and the fact I'm about 20 miles from the car. But when it's brighter out and whenim home I'll jump on it.

Not going to that, only because I followed each line before I could cut the hoses and plug them immediately.

                          Got anything else?

back firing is a bad sign
its most of the time timing
when the exhaust valve is open and the engine is combusting
