I'd try taking the feed line off the fuel rail, putting the line in a quart jar, coffee can, whatever (just don't use a plastic or styrofoam cup...), then jumping the fuel pump relay. The pump should fill the cup up pretty quickly. That is my rough fuel pump test, since I don't have a fuel pressure gauge set (well, one with a tee anyway).
Now, check for injector pulse. The easiest way to do this is to pull the electrical rail off the injector rail, and use a noid light. The injectors should pulse the noid light if they're firing. If you have a volt meter, you should see the voltage go from 12V to some number less than that.
