I'd try taking the feed line off the fuel rail, putting the line in a quart jar, coffee can, whatever (just don't use a plastic or styrofoam cup...), then jumping the fuel pump relay. The pump should fill the cup up pretty quickly. That is my rough fuel pump test, since I don't have a fuel pressure gauge set (well, one with a tee anyway).

Now, check for injector pulse. The easiest way to do this is to pull the electrical rail off the injector rail, and use a noid light. The injectors should pulse the noid light if they're firing. If you have a volt meter, you should see the voltage go from 12V to some number less than that.

now exactly how is the fuel line supposed to be connected? my fuel feed goes to my cold start and the back of the injectors. if thats the case then whats the point of a fpr? for air? or is it backwards. it would make sense the feel goes to the fpr and the fuel gets sent back to cold start and return line.
any input. maybe for all I know that was my cause to begin with.

Feed goes to the fuel rail on the opposite side of the FPR.

          Return connects to FPR.

The FPR is a vacuum actuated device that maintains fuel injection rail pressure. It has 3 ports. One vacuum, 2 fuel. One fuel port fits directly into the rail through a nipple that looks very much like a fuel injector connector. The other is on the bottom of the FPR. This is regular fuel injection hose, and provides return to the tank.
