I'd like to see picture of Miss Fire... ;-) She seems to be hot.

All jokes apart. Most likely your wires are getting old. Trying borrowing a set from a known working car. Or new ones.
Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

well I replaced new wires, rotor, ICV, Temp sensor and oxygen sensor and the idle is now under 1000 rpms, which is good but its still idling rough. like its about to die.

maybe Ill try the TPS next.

I still havent ruled out leak and I never replaced the o'rings for the oil drain tube. Do I need to removed the intake manifold to get it off?

                  Update!!!

I replaced the TPS and my idle is a million times better, It still sound like a mild flutter once in a while but its only once in a while. I have an exhaust leak between the manifold and the cat maybe thats the cause, overall much better though.

check your header gasket and the two gaskets from the header to cat put alot of rtv and start the car it will shoot out where the leak is thats what i did a while back on my honda and it burned off after a few miles so thats no big deal try that though
