    M20B25 Rebuild, HELP!!!

Hey guys, I recently wrecked my e30, uknowingly I knocked my oil cooler loose and it started leaking oil. I drove the car not knowing wut was going on and I think I blew up the engine cuz I opened up the oil cap and smoke was coming out. Now my question is what parts will I need to rebuild a blown motor. (keep in mind that I plan on running a t3/t4 turbo set up eventually. I appreciate any help, thanx.

If you ran the engine for any period with no oil pressure, a full engine tear down and measurement of all wear surfaces is required. If you are lucky, the crank and block survived. The head and pistons probably didn't. The path of least resistance if there is significant damage will be a replacement engine.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
