    Help!

how can i get power out of my 325e?
    - i have done an exhaust and intake.
    - springs and shocks.
but the thing is slow as balls.

i was gonna do an i motor swap but someone told me you need everything like wiring harness, ecu, and a shit ton of sensors.
i really need some help with that^^^
but if anyone can inform me then i will be thankful.

well my motor went so. i was wondering what i could do. I was gonna buy an i motor from DTM and swap it. but i need to know what needs to be done before i do that. i might just do another eta motor but i really dont wanna do that. So i was doing some reading and just found all you need is a wiring harness connector and then splice them together and it should be good to go? but im not an expert on this kind of stuff so i could really use some help.

To swap to an M20B25 engine you'll need a complete engine, engine wiring harness, DME, and AFM. Depending on what year car you have some splicing of the wiring for the C101 connector may be required.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

if you have an early model i believe you can just get a early model harness and with a few little changes its good to go. I've done a few swaps with dashboardmonkey and they arent that bad at all. However if you have a round plug it super simple you just have to run two wires to the ecu. its quite simple really. and worth it. good luck

Where is DTM and how much do you plan to give them for an m20?

87 is a round c101 and it is a plug and play swap. super simple

An M20B25 swap into an 87 will be plug & play only if the new wiring harness is from a car built between 9/86 and 8/87. Otherwise slight mods to the harness will be required.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Neil at DTM is a great guy and knows a ton about E30s. Talk to him if you haven't already.
