the o2 sensor is bad. Since now it's only partially fixed.... maybe the dude above me was right about the TPS. Can you/ did you do the WOT test?

but the o2 sensor is brand new as well as the tps.

maybe its just the exhaust leak right before the o2 sensor on the manifold thats causing o2 problems?

just because it is new means nothing. Get a voltmeter and see what its reading when warm. You never said you had an exhaust leak right before the o2 sensor! then DU!!! fix that first.

well im not gonna fix anything because im poor and have a new m50 waiting to go into a new e30 shell that i dont have yet!

anyway the o2 sensor has been unplugged for a week now and the car runs fine. no rev limiter and it doesnt hiccup on the highway. who needs o2's anyway? LOL

Running a car with no o2 sensor will cause it to run rich. engine management doesnt really know what is going on so it just dumps fuel to prevent the car from running lean. Not sure what running rich will do to your engine. kill seals maybe? wont pass inspection. damn hippies!
