Off topic, but this thread looks dead anyway. I replaced my original distributor cap and rotor with built to last, DURA LAST autozone brand which looked identical, save for casting marks and lacking the numbering for firing order, big whoop, could fix with sharpie if I cared which I don't. Oh, that and the contacts on the cap and rotor looked beefier than the stock unit. 6k later, no problems whatsoever. If it only lasts half as long I would still save money. Oh wait, I won't keep the car for 60k more miles.Comment

I just use the Bosch oil filter. Never had any problems.
