Honing Rods for M20 engine

Hello,
My engine builder is ready to hone my Rods (crankshaft end) but does not know what size to make them. The Bentley Book specs out Red and Blue sizes. I do not know what this means.

The sizes are:

RED 48.000 - 48.008
Blue 48.009 - 48.016

These rods are from a 2.7 1988 325 super eta engine.

the colors correspond to the painted dot on your crank. Hopefully it's still there - on my crank it wasn't so I had to guess. rod and main bearings match the colored dot as well.
