ahh, and the saga continues. Bought a new cam from Bavauto on Tuesday, received it 20 minutes ago, no cam in the box. Hole in the side of the box with tape over it. According to Dan at bavauto this isn't that uncommon.. and to boot they don't have any more cam's in stock. Why? Why???

Well turns out pelican parts has the same Febi aftermarket cam for $55 less than Bavauto, so it'll be here Monday on one-day shipping with money saved. So not a total loss

That is just an asinine reply, then they need to ship it differently...probably just a bit more tape would of done it..
