528i afm for bix six mod

Hey guys, i have an afm from an early 528 that i was wanting to gut forward the big six mod. The airlow is certainly larger then the m20's. Does anyone have experience with this.

    don't do it

it will not allow any more air into the motor, the AFM is not a restriction

      A 528 isn't a big six, it's a regular eta motor.

and repeating what the other guy said, don't bother.

^ there really was an m30-powered 528i (not 528e), but I think it was an e12, not an e28 (in the US, anyway)

        it was Motronic 1.0 anyway
