    Fuel injector electrical harness

I am cleaning/replacing o rings on my fuel injectors and I can't figure out how the electrical harness disconnects. This is the other end of the harness which plugs in here:

How do I get that plug out?

the bottom half of that plug (below the metal bracket that is holding it in place) twists 90 degrees or so and unlocks just like the oxygen sensor harness. Check out the oxygen sensor harness if you dont know what I mean. It is much easier to get to and will give you a clue as to what needs to happen.

I got the bottom part to twist off, and it is no longer plugged in to anything. Now how do I get it off of the metal bracket?

Nevermind. Got it. O2 sensor helped a lot.

        Thanks for the help Sagaris.

Ok. These little yellow heads seem to be cracking.

When I wiped them off little pieces broke off here and there.

            Are they replaceable?

yes, they're standard bosch pintle caps, get new ones with some o-rings.
