    Couple of r3vvers need some help

    Hey me and Dave McLaren are trying to get the block out of my coupe

    First off, is there a way to do it without removing the drive-shaft and transmission?

    I am so lost with this drive-shaft bullshit, I hate to admit it but the books are way too vague

    anyways its dark in 30 minutes, any protips would help at this point

    Yes you can detach the transmission from the engine and pull the engine out by itself. It will probably be harder to get to those bolts and detach the tranny than it will be to pull them out together. Disconnecting the driveshaft is very easy, and its not hard to pull the engine/tranny out as one. I highly recommend doing that.

      Thanks for the reply lennon, I figured that shit out and got it all pulled for him, the books were just confusing me.

      Just a case of needing to get my hands on the shit instead of trying to read about it
