What is the value of a M20 with a leaking head?

My M20 has 108k miles and seemed to run well, but it has a leaking head. I have someone interested in it, though I have no idea what the value of it would be. Anyone want to help?

325e 325is? automatic? rusty? worn suspension? trunk full of gold coins?

    Need more info.

I would think I could sell my car for around $3200 at the moment and if it had a leaking head gasket I would probably drop it down to $2500

If it was a 325e with a bad head gasket I would not pay more than $800 for it unless it was spectacular otherwise. way too many variables though. In case you are freaking out about the head gasket leaking, it is an easy enough job to tackle yourself that shouldnt cost much more than $200 in parts (new timing belt and water pump included).

I'm sorry I wasn't specific, my bad. It's an M20 off an '89 325is. I want to do an M52 swap on it, and just sell the M20 since the head seems to just be leaking.

My brother who had his friend check it wasn't specific... Just said the head was leaking. I'll ask him what he meant.

Around here, M20B25s with that low of miles go for about $500ish on CL, assuming harness/DME/ALL accessories and decent compression across the board.
