Have you checked your TPS throttle postion sensor? I had a similar issue and come to find out (after replacing many other items) the TPS was faultly. There are tests for it in the Bentley, Haynes, Chilton manuals. If you pulled apart the intake and unplugged the TPS and plugged it back in you may have pushed it over the edge or simply introduced crude into the connector. Pretty simple to check and they do go bad.
