Question about camshaft seals

Hi, simple question.. do i have to remove the camshafts in order to replace the camshaft seal and o ring? or i just need to remove the cam gear?.. any advice would be aprecciated thanks.. i know... i need to get the bentley manual again!

remove the cam sprocket. there are two bolts behind it, i think 13mm. this will remove the plate holding the camshaft seal. get the old one out, push the new one in. rub a little bit of oil on the inside ring of the seal and reinstall

I used the old one to help press in the new one.

it worked! just put the old one in top and slowly hammer it. done
