Well after a bit of driving with the new O2 sensor I have come to the same problems as mentioned in my first post. The problem is not as aggressive, but still same problems.

CPS will be changed out tomorrow.
More detective work for air leaks as well.

    Still getting a 1222 code.

This is going to suck when school starts.

Chunk, will you take care of this for this guy.

Man, I swear if I had a driveway or a garage, I would have tore down my car twice.

                  All fixed!

Wasn't the MAF kit(which wasnt surprising; I've been a year with it running awesome).
                  Wasn't a faulty TPS.
                  Wasn't the O2 sensor(could've played a role?).
                  Wasn't the CPS.
                  Wasn't an air leak.
                  Wasn't Fuel related.

Took it to Castro's and it ended up being the Cap and Rotor.

Glad you got it figured out. Though I would recommend changing some of the other components mentioned in this thread as preventative maintenance.

                      Thanks!

I kept the new CPS and O2 sensor.
I'll be doing wires next and other little refreshments soon.

But weren't you getting adequate spark?
The reason is I'm kind of facing the same problem as you

though my distributor cap is really hideous inside, im getting good spark.

I was, and my cap looked similar to that actually.
We sanded off the nipples in the cap, and it already drove way better then before with slight hiccups. Replaced it as well as the rotor and it drove wonderful.
