    O2 sensor removal

So I failed my emissions test, no big deal, I was planning on getting a new o2 sensor anyways. Problem is, I can't get the old one out.

Are there any tricks? I've tried using a wrench, as I couldn't find a socket that would be deep enough yet still fit through the space between the top and the driveshaft tunnel.

Liberally soak the sensor with PBlaster for a day or two and don't drive the car while the PBlaster is working. Use a box end wrench and if it still won't break loose, hit the nipple with an oxyacetelyne torch.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Drive the car to get manifold hot, carefully loosen with a box end wrench just a bit to get it started and break the rust's grip. Let the manifold cool and then it can be removed safely.
