    I got Milk.

    On the new freshly new rebuilt head. Rocker broke. Only got 60 miles on this motor since rebuild.

    I think you have more problems than a broken rocker. looks like you have a LOT of water in your oil, and possibly a gigantic vac leak for it to get that far down the intake. the broken rocker is likely a symptom and not a cause.

      Drain the oil and see if it has milkshake. I'm guessing that it will, which would mean that the headgasket didn't seal or that the head is cracked.
      The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

        That was the first thing I did, it was the milk. It is crazy that it is cracked, because the head was pressured checked and decked. Seals changed in the head, and everything.

            I would vote for timing was off, valve impact, that dmg either hte head seal, or crack the head, and broke the rocker in the process. I think broken rocker is the result definitely not the cause.

              Double checked the timing, also had two others check the timing. Got to rule that out. But I understand where you coming from.
