the auto trans cooler doesn't cool as well. you have to take into consideration that it's integrated into the radiator, so whatever is flowing thru the trans cooler portion isn't going to get much cooler than the coolantLeave a comment:

have you ever tried....
hooking your oil cool lines into the trans cooler part on a automatic radiator....would that work? besides the possible different fitting size.
