No crank after intake removal and coolant flush

I just got done cleaning the intake manifold and replacing all the coolant hoses and intake seals. Now my car won't crank. It ran fine before I messed with it. Everything seems ok except I'm getting a check oil light and check washer fluid light. They are both fine. I've double checked all my conections and fuses. The motor will turn over by hand. The battery is charged and i jumped the starter and I've got nothing. What else should I try? Will it not crank if there's not enough coolant in the engine? I'm stumped and need my car back asap.
I need your obd1 parts! Harness intake ecu etc.

I can't think of anything that would cause the starter not to crank the engine after doing those things. If it has a manual trans. maybe you could try push starting it to see if its just your starter motor. A low coolant light won't cause starting issues.

your starter might be missing the Negative connectivity
connect a jumpercable end to the battery Neg and the other end to the little bump on the back plate of the starter then try again to start.

I tried to roll start it but there's no fuel in my rail yet. I tried jumping the starter and it's just making my relays click. I'm 99% sure I connected everthing but it's 12:15 am here and I'm beat. I'll try again tomorrow and let you all know what's up. It's crazy because the only thing I did even remotly related to the starter was disconect the battery. Also I totally drained the block and radiator and replaced the hoses i'm afraid it's air locked or something.

Will a bad ground strap cause an issue like this?

I bet you have the CPS and impulse sensor wires backwards.

After all the stress it just turned out i didn't fully tighten the ground cable from the engine to the chassis. Thanks for the suggestions though i learned some new common solutions. Also i rode my bike so its all good.
