I am going to be putting ona fully rebuild I head that I got from a friend now will a cam like this work good or is this a bunch of bs

well for one that's a regrind, which isn't such a great idea. you'll need oversized eccentrics, dual valve springs (I have a set for sale) and you'll need to have oil journals drilled for the cam. the bottom end you can leave stock..

oh and you'll need a 325i ecu

so if I get the bigger eccentrics and get the oil journals redrilled which I am not sure how expensive it will be will this give me decent gains
