Well tried the sazall with a standard Milwaukee metal blade, cut down to a shaft at the core which I assume is for the impeller. Then nothing, the blade wouldn't cut through just polished it. So i go to HD and get a Diamond tip blade and some evil looking blade called the metal demolition (I think), but neither will cut the shaft, they all cut through the housing like butter but none even come close to getting through.
I have no idea what to do now. Ive stripped all the bolt holes on the old water pump. tried the chain wrenches on the pulley idea, used the tool that bolts to the pulley an tried cutting the dang thing off. I must have the WP from hell or im missing something REALLY obvious, but as of today ive been stuck on this one step for over a week now

Can you get a hand grinder in there with a cutting wheel on it?

Tried every angle its just tucked in too far. Im really at a loss as what to do now, I really didnt expect a water pump to defeat my sazall

I think if I was you I'd get a chain wrench around the pulley, get up in the engine compartment where I could put my foot on it. Take my 32mm open end wrench and a big pipe that fits around it as a cheater bar take that nut off.

Can you get the the water pump bolts? Just take off the pump and the fanclutch as one piece.

FIXED, I finally beat the fan clutch, stuck an oversized bolt in the stripped holes in the pulley to attach the tool, then braced it on the frame. Emptied two cans of pb onto it let it sit overnight, then cooked the bolt with a torch, then hit the 32 mill with a dead blow. WOOOOOT no more fan clutch problem.
