Ok so I have a 4 door 86 325e I recently traded my 89 325i vert for it and I miss the power difference I drift it and kinda need a litttle more so I wanted to know everything I would need to put an I head on my e block and how difficult it would be

It will be a gutless turd if you simply do that. It drops the compression ratio down significantly. Only worth while if you are going to simultaneously boost it.
If you had a 1988 325(e), then its plug and play for a few more ponies.

Put the i management on your e motor. Works. Trust me. May explode after 5 grand though. The car we have running like that may be an es so the head can handle higher r3vs.

Correct me if I'm wrong (and I may well be), but I don't believe the 's' designation has anything to do with the motor. I believe the es is essentially a suspension/chassis package... I think the head on your can (a 325es) is the exact same head as the same year 325e.Put the i management on your e motor. Works. Trust me. May explode after 5 grand though.
