Can someone fill me in on what this threaded hole in the eta valve cover is used for? I can't seem to find anything about it and I'm wondering if leaving it unplugged is causing a vacuum leak. Thanks!

I have no doubt it shouldnt be left open - vacuum leak, oil splatter. No good can come from this :-)

its not a hole. it has a bottom. no oil or vacuum leaks will come from leaving it open-AlexComment

hmmm all my wires for my eta are up in a bracket against the fire wall, off of the valve cover.-FREEDOM- is cruisin at 80, windows down and listening to the perfect song-thinking "this is it"
