If all 3 inj on one bank are fully open, its likely in the harness or computer somewhere. Unless some fault in the wiring messed up that bank of injectors... I dont see how though.

You verified timing was good, that you had spark on all cyl, and you swapped out the fuel rail harness? Swapped out dme or injectors?

Cool thanks for clearing that up.

I haven't taking the timing covers off and checked the hash marks but im going to be doing a timing belt on this car too so that should be squared away.

        I have spark
        Swapped fuel harness
        Swapped DME
        Have not swapped injectors.

Alright guys got the harness swapped, timing belt done, and old changed.

Runs fine now and no more smell of gas. But when the car is warmed up it still smokes. Before I fixed it there was so much gas being dumped onto the cylinders that is was seeping though the exhaust manifolds and dripping out the tail pipe. Is it possible the smoke is just the gas in the exhaust being burnt up?

Also when I changed the oil there was quite a bit of gas in it as well.

yes, it can take a while to burn all out.
