I took my SETA Head-Out and it has 7 Oil Passage and 7 Cam Bearings with only single valve springs...

It's all good. :) head at the machine shop who did the rebuild. Was surprise I had issues with the head. I told them I need them to drill out for the oil passage for the new cam as the old one is trashed :( hopefully they are willing doing it for cheap or free.

my car is a 325i. the head on the engine now has a burnt valve so i sourced a new head to be rebuilt that way the car won't be down that long.

the head im swapping on is a 885 with 7 cam bearings and dual valve springs. im 99% sure its a i head but I just want to make sure.

Have to look at the Oil Passage on the Intake side. Is there 7 small holes by the Head Bolts? if so u have an I 885 head :D
