M20 Turbo question

So im building a m20 turbo motor.
2.7l
eta bottom end with "I" head
with a OBX manifold adapter

This is going in me Drift car. What size turbo do i need to buy that will spool quickly in a 2.7l. Im not looking for a 400hp turbo only shooting for ~250whp.
A ball bearing turbo would be nice.

Does the hx35 spool at 3000?

It might just start to spool around 3k rpm, in second gear. You wont really see much boost in first gear depending on your diff ratio. Id think with a 2.7 and a 3" exhaust you should see full boost around 3700-3800rpm. It will be fine for drifting!
