    Fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose

In my 88 325is Fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose is broken. Would that cause anyting? Can I get FPR vacuum hose from Autozone? What size is that?

Yes it would cause a vacuum leak and take away vacuum from the FPR. Can't remember the size but yes any auto parts store should have this in bulk. Just pull off your hose and bring it in to compare size.

Just bring in the old one and have them cut it to the right length

When my FPR vacuum hose went bad it would cause the FPR to leak fuel. Wasn't very cool

That is just a common failure of a FPR it wasn't from the bad vacuum hose.

But I replaced the hose and now it doesn't leak anymore.

Where did it leak, out of the vacuum nipple? If so it will suck the gas into the manifold and run rich.

I put clear hose and noticed fuel was coming form FPR and sucking through vacuum and intake manifold. Is that normal or my FPR is gone bad?

Any fuel coming out of the vacuum nipple means there is a hole in the diaphragm and it is bad.

so the hose should be dry, correct? I thought I read somewhere that the hose should be wet on the inside (lol) but i didn't think that was right...

OP, go to autoparts store and just buy a ton of different sizes of vacuum hose. I bought I think a meter of every size vacuum hose and its safe to say I no longer have any leaks.
