Sounds like REALLY bad rocker arm knock.
The noise sounded like it came from cyl 3 or 4.
Took the engine apart, and all top half rod bearings are worn out.
And the top half on cyl 4 has lost it shape somehow, its bent in.
But my question, is the bearings the cause of the knocking, because it only sounded like only one cylinder got a knock, but all bearings are worn out?

The two last ones show the "deformed" half ontop of another.
btw the main bearings look like new.
