    injector removal, wrong place to post but its a quick question

    Newbish question - can I remove fuel rail/itnjectors without removing intake mani?
    just looking for a quick answer

    Yes, on my late model m20 I just did it

    It takes about 10 minutes to get off

                  There is no need to remove the intake mani to get the injectors out. That doesn't make any sense. There's enough room to pop 2 injectors off of the fuel rail (closest to the firewall) and slide the rest of the injectors out as a hole (injectors + fuel rail)

                            I've taken them off without taking out the mani. It's a PITA to get the injector clips. But it can be done.

                              I have done it many times, no big deal to change injectors without removing the intake.
