      Personally, I run a colder thermostat because I drive my car hard and it helps with hotter temps. Like the others have stated above, bleed bleed bleed!

          If you cant get it out from above you can always take off the thermostat housing and bang a drift at it from the other side. I imagine you can get it out with a old screwdriver, just remember the housing is soft aluminum and not to bugger the sealing surface.

            I've been trying to pop it out but I just cant get any leverage with the screw driver to pop it out :/ might have to take the whole thing off

              Yank that puppy out!! I used a "putty" knife and slowly messaged mine around the circle until it finally broke free. Keep working on it and it will come out. Also make sure to clean both surfaces good so you get a good seal.
