The only thing I can think of with your new problem is the ecu getting fried when you took the starter off. They don't take kindly to jolts in the system.

The fuel pump should only be turning over when it gets a crank signal iirc?

So i should pull the whole ecu out of the glove box and replace?

If I cant figure this out I will put the car together and tow it to the shop.

Is it turning over? If it isn't turning over then changing the ecu won't do anything because bad ecu's still allow the starter motor to turn the engine over.
And if thats the case then it sounds like you shorted out your starter motor. Or something along those lines such as starter motor relays or fuses.

The starter does not engage. I'm going to pull the starter tomorrow to check it out. How can I test if the starter is still good? Sorry Jlevie I still dont understand how to test pin 85 on the relay to make sure its working. I replaced fuses and the fuel pump relay, no luck. This F'ing car.

Does the starter turn over and make a wherrrrring noise and not engage? or just not do anything at all?

If it turns over and makes a whirring noise without engaging the flywheel the solenoid inside that stater has been fried.

The starter does absolutely nothing. No noises.

When you turn the key to fire the motor do you hear a click from the starter relays? It should disable your windows and blower motor.

The car will fire if those relays don't work, but your starter may not be getting power from the ignition wire to turn it over.

I pulled the starter and took it into O'Reillys, my buddy tested it three times and told me the starter is 100% fried. Ill grab a new starter and hopefully that's the problem. Would a bad starter cause the windows not to work?

If the windows, head lights and blower motor dont work your unloader relay has gone bad. When you turn the car over the unloader relay cuts power to them to give more power to the starter.

This will also happen if the ignition wire is not hooked up correctly to the starter. Jump pin 15 iirc on the body harness to the chassis (ground) and see if you hear a clicking noise. If you do, their fine and the ignition wire isn't grounding properly to the starter.

New starter on the way. Is this my only problem? How could a bad starter cause the windows not to work?

I was wrong the blower and windows do not function, neither do the power windows. The headlights function fine. All this with no starter in the car. New starter on the way but I don't think this is the only problem. What is your input?
