    Need part # help

I need help finding the part number for #8 seen in this diagram

    http://realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?...78&hg=11&fg=20

All the bolts in mine sheared and rather than drill them out i just want to replace that piece. If anyone has one of these or knows where i can get one that would be great.

I'd get one from a salvage yard, but the way I read the IPB you should be able to use part 11. If you did the lookup on realoem by year/model, try using the last 7 of the VIN.

It should be pretty easy to remove the broken bolts. Take the hub off and do the work in a mill with left hand twist drill bits. Pilot with a center drill so you can get a starter hole that is well centered.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

The absence of part numbers for #8 and #10 indicates those parts are not available. Use #11 like Mr. Levie suggested.

Well i went to loosen all those bolts a little at a time so i could just get them out using my fingers. I applied reasonable force, but not insane amounts (no breaker bar or anything), when i went to spin them out with my fingers everyone was broken off and only a few threads were left on the head part....my guess is that because the motor was in a car that was in a front end collision the bolts were compromised....or im really strong!
