Ok so here is what i have done since my 30 was last running. I wanted to pull the fuel pump and the level sender to see why my gauge wasnt working, when i realized, the sender was like nothing ive ever seen before. so I put everything back in and connected everything as it was before. i go to start my car fires up and dies in a matter of seconds. so i thought because i took off the line coming from the fuel pump that i would keep it running with ether so fuel would get back to the rail. well it ran off ether then nothing. i checked the fuse checked the relays i have no clue. i took the fpr off the rail and it has fuel in there. I dont know what else to do or check.

Given what you've done, tee a gauge into the rail supply line and see what the pressure is when the engine is cranking. I suspect the pump isn't running or the rail pressure is too low (bad pump or bad FPR). You can't get the hoses to the pump wrong, but the power connections to the pump could be a problem.
It would be a help to know what car you have as the fuel and gauge system varies by model and production date. The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
