just got done looking at the head...everything looked good with the valve cover off. No cracks or obviously broken parts anywhere and I looked over everything 6 or 7 times to make sure I wasn't missing anything. Your guess is as good if not better than mine at this point. Piston ring or valve guide? Just a random bad backfire due to too much oil? It had literally 2-3 mm over the full line on the dipstick after I fixed the leak...

Did you pull the plugs to look at them?
I have never had a back fire on my stock ECU or my MS..https://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar...re-irs.356333/

So after making some amazing scrambled eggs with pepper jack cheese melted into it and cayenne pepper on top, i went downstairs and looked at the plugs. As i was unplugging the boots, starting at cyl 1, i noticed cyl 6 was unplugged. I'm thinking...WTF?? Maybe the backfire blew that off and thats why it ran rough...
nope...as i was putting the spark plug tool down there and let it spin a couple times...i realize there was NO SPARK PLUG. when i did my tbelt that one wouldn't tighten all the way. either that or i was so tired i just didnt go far enough. so it must have backed up and with a little too much oil the backfire probably caused it to shoot out causing an immediate vacuum leak and the engine only running on 5 cylinders. so i put one of my spare spark plugs ( i always buy extras ) in and it runs better than it did before. amazing....thanks guys. sorry for the ordeal...
