Is there anyway to improves MPG on my Vert?

full tune up
cap, rotor, plugs, o2 sensor and plug wires, fuel filter, air filter make sure you dont have any intake leaks then keep it under 55mph and 3k rpm and ive made 30mpg swapping the diff will help alot+1 for tire pressure

well i have the full tune up minus the wires ( so expensive) and my record is 28 mpg. New o2 sensor plugs etc.

1 mpg up from when I got it having sat for a long time.

The big problem is as said, 5th gear is set for 55 mph. Change out that gear my car would get 30 mpg.

Mine has a leaky ring or 2 so I can belive 30 mpg is in there stock for some people.
